Warehouse Associate / Lumper / Freight Handler

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking 5+ Furniture Warehouse Unloaders to join our team in Aberdeen, Maryland. This is a direct hire position, and candidates must reside in Maryland or surrounding areas. As a Warehouse Unloader, you will be responsible for unloading freight, lifting items weighing between 35-51 lbs unassisted, and using a dolly for team lifting. The shift is Monday-Friday on the 2nd shift from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM with occasional overtime.

**Qualifications:**
- Ability to lift items weighing 35-51 lbs unassisted
- Prior experience as a warehouse worker, freight handler, or in general labor preferred
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must reside in Maryland or surrounding areas

**Responsibilities:**
- Unload freight and place it in the staging area using a dolly for team lifting
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while handling materials
- Work efficiently to meet productivity goals and deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Willingness to participate in training programs as needed
