Staff Program Manager - Services Business Process Automation
Quick Summary
Define, own, and continuously evolve the BPA roadmap: SLM platform strategy, BI architecture, process-automation priorities, and customer IT/OT integration.
Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
About the Role
~1 min readWe are looking for a Staff Program Manager to own the Services Business Process Automation (BPA) function — the digital backbone of our Services organisation. BPA runs the Service Lifecycle Management (SLM) platform, the Business Intelligence and reporting layer, and the integration of our business applications with customer IT/OT ecosystems — all operating within the corporate IT governance framework.
This is a strategic, hands-on ownership role. You will define and own the BPA program and roadmap, lead cross-functional platform deployments end to end, and connect corporate digitalization strategy to on-the-ground Services execution. You will work closely with Services leadership, product and corporate IT, and external technology partners.
