Mechanical CAD Drafter - Fire Protection (008-01360)

• →Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings for fire protection systems, including fire sprinkler and fire alarm layouts and associated components.
• →Develop detailed block plans, schematic diagrams, and technical drawings for submission and construction purposes.
• →Assist with the preparation and updating of drawings for high-rise fire protection projects.
• →Work closely with engineers and the existing design team to ensure drawings accurately reflect design intent, project specifications, and applicable requirements.
• →Review drawings and incorporate feedback from design and engineering teams to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• →Make revisions and updates to existing fire protection drawings as project requirements evolve.
• →Support coordination with other disciplines to ensure drawings are properly integrated and clash-free.
• →Learn and apply the client's fire protection drafting standards, techniques, and best practices.
• →Ensure drawings and other technical documentation are accurate, complete, and delivered within required project deadlines.

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, with proven experience producing detailed technical drawings.
• Experience drafting fire sprinkler, fire alarm, fire protection, mechanical, electrical, or other building services drawings is highly desirable.
• Understanding of fire protection drawings, including sprinkler layouts, fire alarm layouts, hydrants, fire pumps, or related systems, is an advantage.
• Experience designing sprinkler or hydrant systems is not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate technical documentation.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply industry-specific fire protection standards and drafting requirements.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineers, architects, and project teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and develop within a specialized technical field.
• Must be based in the Philippines and able to work remotely.

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
