We are seeking a high-performing Appointment Setter to join a mission-driven team helping high-functioning executives and founders overcome problem drinking. This is not a typical B2B sales role; you will be engaging in meaningful conversations with professionals seeking a biological and psychological transformation through nervous system rewiring. Your mission is to connect individuals in need with a life-changing coaching program that moves beyond willpower and labels to achieve true freedom.

• →Manage high-volume outbound outreach, sending 100+ personalized messages per day to prospective clients.
• →Qualify leads through deep discovery to ensure they are a fit for the "Reset Method" coaching program.
• →Achieve consistent performance targets of 60 qualified meetings per month (averaging 3 per day).
• →Manage lead pipelines and daily inbox activity with high responsiveness.
• →Diligently track all outreach activity and lead status using provided tracking tools.
• →Handle sensitive objections with empathy, professionalism, and authority.

• 1–2 years of experience in appointment setting for B2C offers (Sobriety, Health & Wellness, Life Coaching, or Nervous System Healing).

• Proven track record in Lead Qualification, Objection Handling, and Pipeline Management.
• Exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work within EST hours with core availability during the 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM blocks.
• High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate sensitive topics with high-net-worth individuals.
• Strong self-discipline to work independently in an offshore, remote capacity.

• Direct experience setting appointments specifically for breathwork or sobriety coaching.
• Background in consulting or high-ticket wellness sales.
• Proficiency with Slack and Google Workspace.
