Founder Associate - GTM & Enterprise Growth

We match top talent to full-time remote roles where they’re hired directly into client teams and provided ongoing support by Huzzle.

• →1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, consulting, startups, or another early-stage environment.
• →Strong self-starter mindset with the ability to get things done without being told.
• →Excellent written, verbal, in-person, and cold-call communication skills.
• →Hands-on experience using AI agents, automation tools, no-code platforms, scripts, or workflow builders.
• →Willingness to quickly learn SAP, enterprise software, and complex B2B sales processes.
• →Comfortable engaging with technical and senior stakeholders.
• →Strong bias for action, ownership, and speed.
• →Based in Berlin and able to work on-site 6 days per week.
• →Background in consulting, SAP, enterprise software, or digital transformation.
• →Startup experience is beneficial.
• →Experience selling to or working alongside large enterprise teams.
• →Basic programming skills is a bonus.
• →Hands-on experience with LLMs, APIs, automation platforms, or AI agent workflows.
