Responsibilities

→Plans and coordinates workload between employees and with customer to provide the smoothest possible performance.
→Coordinates with organic maintenance support or outside contractors to ensure equipment and facilities are properly maintained to ensure efficiency, cost effectiveness and safety for both personnel and customer inventories.
→Ensures personnel meet productivity, safety and attendance targets.
→Recommends staffing changes necessary to achieve production, cost, and customer service goals.
