Barista / Market Attendant | Part-Time, Year Round $19/hour!

As a Part-Time Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages while creating a welcoming and memorable guest experience.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, take pride in attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The Barista will help maintain a clean and organized beverage station while consistently upholding Tahoe Provisions’ standards for quality and service.

• →Prepare and serve coffee, tea, espresso beverages, and other menu items according to established standards.
• →Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, efficient service.
• →Take orders accurately and process cash and credit card payments.
• →Answer guest questions about beverage offerings and menu items.
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked barista station.
• →Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• →Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers.
• →Support the team during busy periods and perform additional duties as assigned.
• →Uphold all Tahoe Provisions policies, standards, and procedures.

• →A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• →Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• →Previous barista, café, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.
• →Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
• →Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• →Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• →Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, required.
• →Ability to safely lift and carry supplies as needed.
