Commis Chef -Mediterranean Cuisine

We are looking for a passionate Commis – Mediterranean Cuisine to join our culinary team and support the preparation of exceptional dishes while developing a rewarding career with Hyatt.

In this role, you will assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of Mediterranean cuisine in accordance with Hyatt's brand standards. You will ensure your work area is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene while contributing to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing kitchen environment.

• Previous experience as a Commis or Culinary Intern in a hotel or quality restaurant is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills with a passion for culinary excellence.
