The Landscape Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and maintaining all landscape, garden, and outdoor green areas throughout Alila Villas Uluwatu. This role ensures that the resort's landscaping reflects Alila's luxury brand standards, sustainability commitments, and environmental stewardship while creating exceptional guest experiences. The Landscape Manager oversees the landscaping team, manages budgets and resources, and drives continuous improvements in horticultural practices, irrigation systems, and landscape aesthetics.

Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape management, preferably in luxury hospitality, resorts, or high-end residential properties
Strong knowledge of tropical horticulture, irrigation systems, plant care, and landscape maintenance
Experience managing landscaping teams and contractors
Understanding of sustainable landscaping and environmental conservation practices
Proficient in budgeting, planning, and resource management
Strong communication and leadership skills
Good command of English, both written and spoken
