The Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort & Villas is seeking a highly responsible and proactive Lead Lifeguard to join the team at HyTides Waterpark. This role is essential for ensuring the safety and positive experience of all guests while providing leadership to the Lifeguard staff.

The pay rate for this position is $21-$23. hourly. This is the pay rate for this position that Grand Hyatt Indian Wells reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.

Staff Leadership: Serve as a leader and positive role model for all Lifeguard staff, promoting professionalism and adherence to safety standards.

Compliance & Accountability: Possess comprehensive knowledge of all pool regulations and operational procedures. Hold colleagues accountable for consistently following all established guidelines and safety protocols.

Safety & Environment Maintenance: Directly contribute to the maintenance of a safe, clean, and well-organized waterpark environment.

Operational Support: Support Recreation Supervisors and Recreation Managers in daily operations and execute additional responsibilities as assigned by the management team.
