We are seeking a Part-Time Restaurant Greeter with flexible availability. Typical shifts are scheduled between:

4:00 PM - 1:00 AM

Weekend and holiday availability may be required based on business needs.

As a Restaurant Greeter, you will set the tone for every guest's dining experience by providing a warm welcome and exceptional hospitality from the moment they arrive.

In this role, you will:

Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements efficiently
Escort guests to their tables and provide dining information
Answer questions about menus, restaurant offerings, and hotel amenities
Communicate effectively with restaurant and culinary teams to ensure smooth service
Create positive first and last impressions that contribute to guest satisfaction and loyalty

The Restaurant Greeter plays a key role in creating memorable experiences and ensuring each guest feels genuinely cared for throughout their visit.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and enjoys creating meaningful guest interactions in a fast-paced environment.

Previous restaurant host, hostess, greeter, or customer service experience preferred
A warm, outgoing personality and a genuine desire to care for others
Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to remain calm and professional during busy service periods
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout a shift
