Responsibilities

→Clean and service guest rooms to hotel standards, including making beds and replacing linens.
→Replenish room amenities such as toiletries, towels, beverages, and stationery.
→Vacuum, dust, and sanitize all room surfaces, bathrooms, and fixtures.
→Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
→Ensure all assigned rooms are completed within the shift timeframe.
→Handle guest requests politely and efficiently, maintaining excellent customer service.
→Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
→Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and storage areas in a clean, organized condition.
