Server- In-Room Dining | Full-time, Year Round $500 Sign on Bonus!

Our In-Room Dining team is dedicated to providing guests with convenient, personalized, and thoughtful service throughout their stay. As a Part-Time In-Room Dining Server, you will be responsible for accurately taking guest orders and delivering food and beverages directly to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy guest interaction, take pride in attentive service, and can work independently in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will help ensure that every in-room dining experience is seamless, welcoming, and consistent with our service standards.

• →Answer in-room dining calls and accurately record guest food and beverage orders.
• →Clearly communicate menu options, specials, preparation times, and applicable charges.
• →Enter orders accurately into the point-of-sale system.
• →Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure orders are prepared correctly and on time.
• →Set up trays, carts, and service items according to established standards.
• →Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly and professionally.
• →Confirm guest satisfaction and provide attentive service upon delivery.
• →Process payments and maintain accurate cash-handling procedures, as required.
• →Retrieve trays and carts from guest rooms and designated service areas.
• →Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked in-room dining areas.
• →Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and hospitality procedures.

• →Must be at least 21 years of age, as the role may involve serving alcoholic beverages.
• →A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• →Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• →Previous restaurant, hotel, room service, or customer service experience preferred.
• →Ability to take accurate orders and communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• →Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• →Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• →Ability to safely carry trays and carts.
• →Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, required.
• →$500 sign-on bonus, paid after 30 days!
