Under the direction of the F&B Operations Manager, the Service Associate is responsible for mise-en-place, service, cashiering and maximization of guest satisfaction in the outlet 在餐飲營運經理的指導下，負責準備工作、服務、收銀以及在餐廳中提升顧客滿意度
Ensure compliance with service standards specific to Chinese Cuisine 確保遵守中餐的服務標準
Handle guest inquiries and complaints effectively 有效處理客人的詢問和投訴
Take orders and serve food and beverages 接收訂單並提供食品和飲料
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area 確保用餐區的清潔和有序
Check inventory in sections appointed for daily requisition 檢查餐廳的庫存以進行每日訂貨
Provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions & enquiries 提供菜單建議並回答客人的問題和查詢
Assign seats, take orders and recommend dishes and beverages 分配座位、接收訂單並推薦菜式和飲品
Perform any duties assigned by the Management Team deemed necessary 執行管理團隊認為必要的任何指派職責
