To provide comprehensive broking and administrative support within the Broking Department,
contributing to the efficient handling of accounts, accurate data management, and high-quality
service delivery to clients and markets.
Responsibilities

- →Perform accurate data entry, validation and maintenance of client, risk, and policy information across all relevant systems.
- →Maintain complete, compliant, and up- to-date records and files in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- →Prepare renewal submissions, quotations, and related documentation for clients and insurance markets
- →Produce and manage reports to support broking, management, and operational needs.
- →Assist with insurance wordings, policy documentation, and general broking administration.
- →Liaise with internal teams, insurers, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication, service delivery, and timely execution of tasks.
Requirements
~1 min read- BSc in Insurance Science, Economics, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Cyber Risks.
- Excellent English command and Computer skills (MS Office).
- Strong negotiations skills, striving for high customer satisfaction.
- Effective responsiveness to pressure and tight deadlines.
- Team working behavior and attitude with excellent communication skills.

- Ability to work independently, use initiative, and meet tight deadlines.
