The Role

We’re looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Customer Service to support our operations and ensure smooth customer interactions behind the scenes. If you enjoy problem-solving, coordinating with teams, and delivering efficient solutions that enhance the customer experience, this role is for you.

What We’re Looking For

• UAE National (Emirati) with Family Book
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service, administrative support, operations, or a coordination role (retail, hospitality, events, etc.)
• Friendly, confident, and energetic personality
• Strong communication skills (Arabic & English preferred)
• A positive attitude and team spirit
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
