Crypto Analyst (Market & Technical Research)

We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects.

The Crypto Analyst will conduct in-depth market and technical research to provide insights into crypto markets, blockchain technologies, and different Web3 related technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers, to drive research initiatives and contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions in the Web3 space.

• Monitor and analyze crypto market trends, including price movements, trading volumes, risk and market sentiment; Provide recommendations to mitigate risks and optimize investment or strategic decisions.
• Identify emerging projects, tokens, and blockchain protocols with high growth potential.
• Conduct in-depth research on Web3 market, technologies, blockchain protocols, and dApps.
• Design and conduct experiments, simulations, and analysis to explore and evaluate innovative solutions.
• Develop and implement novel algorithms, models, and methodologies to address technical challenges in the blockchain space.
• Contribute to open-source projects and actively engage with the blockchain research community.
• Provide thought leadership and technical content efforts for the blockchain community
• Stay updated on the latest advancements, academic papers, and industry trends in the field of blockchain and Web3.

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on web3, ZK or distributed systems.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, market research, or technical analysis in the crypto/web3 industry.
• Proven track record of conducting market and technical research in the crypto or blockchain space.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in the blockchain ecosystem, such as Solidity, Rust, or Go.
• Experience with blockchain platforms and frameworks, such as Ethereum, Polkadot, or Cosmos.
• Familiarity with crypto exchanges, wallets, and custody solutions.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex data.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
