We are seeking a Stakeholder Integration Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative. This role serves as a key connector between program leadership, business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners to ensure personnel, access, and organizational data are prepared for successful system deployment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating stakeholder engagement activities, stakeholder data analysis and access-related data, and helping ensure that organizational readiness activities are aligned with implementation milestones. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
Responsibilities
~2 min read· Partner with program leadership, business units, and implementation teams to identify, track, and maintain stakeholder and workforce information supporting deployment activities.
· Coordinate with organizational representatives to collect, review, and validate personnel, operational, and role-based information.
· Analyze workforce data and identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks that could impact deployment readiness.
· Support user go-live and access preparation activities by ensuring personnel and functional role information is accurate and complete.
· Facilitate stakeholder working sessions, virtual meetings, workshops, and outreach events to gather information and communicate program requirements.
· Serve as a primary point of contact for business stakeholders throughout readiness and deployment activities.
· Maintain data repositories and reporting tools used to support implementation planning and decision-making.
· Collaborate with change management, training, security, and technical teams to ensure stakeholder information supports program objectives.
· Assist with user-role alignment and access planning across multiple enterprise platforms and business functions.
· Monitor completion of stakeholder action items and provide progress updates to program leadership.
· Develop and distribute status reports, dashboards, and communications related to stakeholder readiness activities.
· Support deployment planning efforts by helping ensure personnel and organizational information is available when needed.
· Work closely with implementation partners and cross-functional teams to resolve data issues and improve overall data quality.
Requirements
~1 min read· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Public Administration, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
· 8+ years of experience supporting business transformation, organizational readiness, system implementation, workforce planning, or stakeholder management initiatives.
· Experience gathering, analyzing, and maintaining large volumes of business or workforce data.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
· Experience coordinating meetings, workshops, or stakeholder engagement activities.
· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, with advanced knowledge in Excel.
· Experience supporting federal government programs or large enterprise modernization efforts.
· Familiarity with user access management, identity management, or role-based access concepts.
· Experience working with enterprise reporting and analytics platforms such as Power BI.
· Knowledge of organizational change management and user readiness practices.
· Experience supporting ERP, financial management, or enterprise business system implementations.
