iCapital is seeking a highly analytical and execution-oriented Assistant Vice President or Vice President to support Executive Governance and serve as a Chief of Staff-style partner to senior leadership, supporting the firm’s Management Committee and Operating Committee. This role is pivotal in enabling disciplined executive decision-making, operational excellence, and strategic execution across iCapital. Operating at the intersection of strategy, analysis, and execution, this role partners closely with senior executives to translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives. Success demands exceptional organization, analytical rigor, and the ability to surface and prioritize critical topics for leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Management Committee and Operating Committee agendas, materials, and follow-up actions, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely execution.
  • Support Pricing and New Activities Committee through agenda planning, governance oversight, and actionable recommendations.
  • Deliver data-driven insights and strategic analyses that inform executive decision-making and operational performance.
  • Oversee executive communications, including executive reading, dashboards, meeting calendars, weekly agendas, CEO updates, and special updates.
  • Facilitate leadership team meetings, committee preparation, and executive-facing materials with a focus on actionable outcomes.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses of business performance, KPIs, and operating metrics, surfacing critical topics and opportunities for improvement to executive leadership.
  • Drive execution of strategic initiatives, process improvements, and implementation support across growth and operational excellence efforts.

Requirements

  • 6–12 years of experience in strategy, operations, chief of staff, finance, consulting, or relevant roles within financial services, fintech, or technology-enabled organizations
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities, drive initiatives from concept through completion, and maintain high attention to detail
  • Advanced PowerPoint proficiency, with demonstrated success preparing high-quality executive materials, dashboards, and presentations
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and adept at influencing senior leaders and surfacing critical topics for executive focus
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with comfort analyzing metrics, conducting strategic analyses, and translating findings into actionable recommendations
  • Experience facilitating senior-level forums, driving accountability, and ensuring decision quality
  • High degree of ownership, sound judgment, and ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving, and executive-focused environments

What We Offer

The base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $180,000.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).

We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.
