PT Member Service Specialist - COEUR D'ALENE

ICCU’s mission is to help our members achieve financial success. As a Member Service Specialist (MSS), you will be the first face our members see and seek help from when they walk through the doors at one of our branches.

*This position is for the Monday, Tuesday, and every Saturday shift*

• →Ensuring member satisfaction through courteous, accurate, and efficient service.
• →Providing general information to members about our Credit Union Services.
• →Referring members to products and services that will assist them in achieving financial success.
• →Learning a variety of channels and systems to perform member transactions.
• →Utilizing resources to resolve member concerns on the first contact.
• →Informing your manager of member needs regarding our products and services.
• →Demonstrating our core values of Honesty and Integrity, Respect and Dignity, Growth and Performance, and Improvement and Accountability in your behavior at work.

•  A High School Diploma or GED.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to use a calculator and handle cash efficiently and accurately.
• The ability to learn a variety of channels and systems.
• The ability to maintain confidentiality of Credit Union records.

• Knowledge of the Financial Industry.
• Prior Experience in a Customer Service role.

This role will also require some physical abilities including the ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift 20-40 pounds of office supplies, reach keyboards, and operate basic office machines.

You must be eligible for membership at ICCU to obtain employment.
