Lead, Material Handler. First Shift Sun - Thurs

Description of the Position:
Responsible for providing direction to Forklift Operators, training, assigning work, and resolving problems within area of responsibility. Operates gasoline-, liquefied gas-, or electric-powered industrial equipment equipped with lifting devices, such as sit-down, stand-up, clamp or other elevating equipment to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials from rail cars in distribution center or storage yard. Cold Storage Facility, working environment 35 Degrees Fahrenheit

Schedule: Alternative Work Schedule 2nd Shift, Rotating 10 and 12 hour shift

• →Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday 2:00pm - 2:30am
• →Week 2: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday 2:00pm - 12:30am

Pay Rate: $22.00 Base Pay + $1 Cold Environment Incentive +

Requirements:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one or more years of related
experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Forklift Operator with rail-specific experience.
• Must be able to successfully complete post-hire assessments.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g. OSHA, company, etc.).
• Must be able to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment
(e.g. protective footwear, protective eyewear, gloves, etc.) in accordance with safety
policies.
