We are currently hiring a Special Projects Lead Cleaner to join our team! We are looking for a dependable and experienced cleaning professional with strong leadership skills and experience in commercial cleaning and floor care.

We are currently hiring a Special Projects Lead Cleaner to join our team! We are looking for a dependable and experienced cleaning professional with strong leadership skills and experience in commercial cleaning and floor care.
Responsibilities
- Lead and perform special cleaning projects at various locations.
- Perform detailed commercial cleaning, including deep cleaning and floor care.
- Perform carpet cleaning and other specialized cleaning tasks.
- Assist with training and guiding team members during special projects.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company quality standards.
- Travel between different job sites as needed.
- Work independently while providing leadership and support to the cleaning team.
- Requirements
- Previous commercial cleaning experience required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Valid driver's license .
- Clean driving record .
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to different job sites.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
- Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.

Hiring Bonus
Eligible employees can earn up to a $500 hiring bonus! The bonus is paid out as follows:
- $100 on your first paycheck
- $150 after 30 days of employment
- $250 after 90 days of employment
