Middle+/Senior Project Manager

Web Design Sun is a software development company founded in 2012. We have been fully remote since day one, building international products in Web & Cloud Applications, SaaS, CRM/ERP, and E-commerce domains. We collaborate with clients from the US and Europe and consistently rank highly on Clutch, GoodFirms, and Upwork.

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead web, mobile, and digital product development projects while working directly with international clients. This role requires strong project delivery expertise, excellent client communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced remote environment.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in IT project management
• Strong experience managing web development, mobile application, or digital product projects
• Proven experience leading client communications, including negotiations, conflict resolution, and handling challenging situations
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, scope management, risk management, resource allocation, and reporting
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, Hybrid approaches)
• Experience with project estimation, scope management, and Change Request management
• Hands-on experience improving business processes using AI tools
• Confident use of project and task management systems
• Ability to work across US, Canadian, and European time zones
• Willingness to provide occasional weekend availability when required
• English – C1+/Fluent
• Ukrainian or Russian – C1+/Native
• Residence outside Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine

Nice to have:

• Experience working through Upwork or other outsourcing marketplaces
• Product Management experience
• Professional certifications (PMP, PSM, CSM, PMI-ACP, or similar)
• Technical background and understanding of software development processes
• Experience with presales activities, project estimation, and upselling additional services
• Business analysis experience and requirements management skills
• Domain expertise related to web, mobile, SaaS, or digital product development

Responsibilities:

• Manage web, mobile, and product development projects from initiation to successful delivery
• Communicate directly with international clients through meetings, calls, and written correspondence
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring delivery quality, project profitability, and client satisfaction
• Manage project timelines, budgets, scope, risks, and resource allocation
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain transparent project reporting
• Facilitate Agile delivery processes and adapt methodologies according to project needs
• Manage project scope throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Handle Change Requests and ensure proper project governance
• Resolve escalations, negotiate solutions, and maintain strong long-term client relationships
• Optimize project workflows and team efficiency using AI-powered tools
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and delivery standards
