The Total Rewards Analyst is a cornerstone of our People team, playing a strategic role in shaping the employee experience at impact.com. This position is central to ensuring our global compensation and benefits programs are not only competitive but also equitable, scalable, and deeply aligned with our mission and values. You will be a key player in analyzing data that informs critical business decisions, administering programs that directly affect every employee, and contributing to projects that enhance our ability to attract, retain, and motivate top talent globally. ~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or another quantitative field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of dedicated experience in an analytical role focusing on compensation and/or benefits.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential; you must be comfortable building complex formulas, pivot tables, and data models to analyze large datasets.
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to draw insights from data.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics (like compensation philosophy and benefits plans) in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements
~1 min read- Direct experience working with compensation survey data from major providers such as Radford or Mercer.
- Hands-on experience with a modern People Technology platform, with a strong preference for Workday.
- Prior involvement in administering annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, equity).
- Experience in benefits administration, including vendor management and open enrollment support.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar certification is a strong plus.
