Our market success has already been proved by our commercial hyper-growth, based on our channel-based GTM strategy. While we build a high performance compute platform and a comprehensive suite of cloud services, we are redefining the cloud ecosystem by bridging the gap between decentralized infrastructure (DePIN), mainstream B2B cloud use cases, and most recently AI Applications — all from our HQ in Hamburg.

We’re looking for a senior recruiter who has built teams in high-growth startups and knows how to win in competitive deep-tech talent markets. You combine strong hiring judgment with a modern, data-driven approach, leveraging AI tools and automation to continuously improve how recruiting works.
Partnering closely with founders and senior leadership, you will build and convert high-quality talent pipelines into exceptional hires — faster, smarter, and without compromise.
Own end-to-end recruiting across technical and non-technical roles in a Series A scaling environment
Continuously explore, test, and implement AI tools and automation to constantly improve each step of the hiring process
Go beyond traditional sourcing to make an impact: design creative, data driven, high-signal sourcing strategies that work in competitive markets
Continuously refine and optimise recruiting processes to support growth from Series A toward Series B and beyond
Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor, bringing data into decisions
Maintain a high bar for candidate experience while moving with urgency
Track and optimise recruiting metrics to inform hiring strategy and make data driven decisions
5+ years of recruiting experience (or an outstanding talent to make up for less experience), with a strong background in high-growth startups or high pressure agencies
Strong track record of introducing and scaling AI-enabled recruiting tools and automation to modernise talent acquisition processes, increase efficiency, and drive faster, data-informed hiring
Enthusiasm for technology and experience hiring in tech environments
Experience scaling teams in a post-product, post-funding environment (Series A or later)
Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and adapt recruiting strategies as the company grows
Hands-on experience using AI tools in recruiting and automation, and strong curiosity about what’s next and how to work smarter
Ability to balance speed, quality, and process as hiring volume increases
Strong stakeholder management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and an additional European language.
