The Vice President of Technology & Innovation is responsible for defining ITC's technology direction and ensuring the company remains ahead of changes in technology, platforms, automation, and AI as ITC scales toward $100M and beyond.
This leader owns ITC's technology strategy, architecture, platform direction, AI and automation strategy, technical innovation, and technology lifecycle. The VP works across departments to turn emerging technology and technical expertise into scalable capabilities, standards, automation, and competitive advantages for ITC and its clients.
This is not a day-to-day delivery or escalation role. The VP of Technology & Innovation is responsible for determining where ITC is going technologically and building the capabilities required to get there.
