Our work spans RegTech and compliance (DORA, outsourcing governance), PropTech (powering 150,000+ property valuations a year), sovereign AI and voice agents, payments and cards back office, and open banking APIs. We are seeking a Power Platform Engineer (Mid to Mid-Senior) to join our team and help design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade tools and applications that create measurable value for our clients.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Azure services (Azure Functions, Microsoft Foundry) to optimize and automate business processes, leveraging frontier & open-weight LLMs.

Engage directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into structured, scalable, and compliant workflows.

Integrate solutions with cloud and on-premises data sources across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Produce technical specifications, solution documentation, and maintainable code, following best practices and CI/CD guidelines.

Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure solutions meet performance and security standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, DevOps, Operations) to support deployment and lifecycle management of Power Platform applications.

Stay current with the latest features, capabilities, and best practices of Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies.

3–5 years of professional experience as a Power Platform Developer/Engineer.

Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
→
Experience with data modeling, database design, data integration, and connections to multiple data sources.
→
Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
→
Solid understanding of enterprise software development principles and best practices.
→
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver in complex, regulated environments.
→
Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into production applications, with attention to cost efficiency and low maintenance overhead will be considered a strong asset.

Nice to Have

Experience in modeling and data analysis with Power BI.
Familiarity with Azure-based CI/CD pipelines for application deployment across environments (UAT, PROD), as well as concepts of disaster recovery and availability.
Scripting knowledge (Python, TypeScript, React, PowerShell), for leveraging Azure Functions, Graph API operations, building PCF components.
Understanding of regulatory & compliance requirements for digital platforms applicable in financial institutions.

Hybrid, with 10 days per month on-site in our offices in Agia Paraskevi.
