Staffing Optimization Specialist - Part Time

Schedule: 

• Rotating PRN Shift; main schedule 1x per week 10:00 AM - 11:30 PM, flexibility with advanced notice to work 4:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM for operational demands if needed.

• Rotates preferred scheduled days Sunday - Saturday

• Includes weekend rotations, holiday rotations, and on-call weekend rotations.

Location: 

• Workforce Central - 1633 North Capital, Downtown Indy

Key Responsibilities

• Maintains a 24/7 live schedule using Kronos to complete real-time staffing, timekeeping and scheduling for the system.

• Maintains Kronos, related systems and records to support IUHWFC.

• Performs daily operations and special projects related to 24/7 live schedule.

• Ensures resources are properly allocated to increase flexibility and adaptability to support patient care across the system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required. Associates Degree preferred.

• Requires flexibility in scheduling due to 24/7 responsibilities (includes weekends/holidays).

• Requires ability to function in a team-oriented environment.

• Requires ability to use Microsoft Office.

• Preferred experience with handling confidential information.

• Preferred 1-2 years in customer service industry.

• Preferred Kronos experience (timekeeping and scheduler).
