As a People Analyst, you’ll be working in our headquarters and you’lll be essential in building and shaping the future of Indie Campers by identifying and hiring talented individuals who align with our company values and culture. Your contributions will directly impact our team's capacity to deliver exceptional service and innovation. By upholding high standards in recruitment, you help ensure that we attract the right talent to drive our mission forward.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across North America, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future workforce needs while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Analyze hiring metrics and continuously improve recruitment effectiveness, speed, and quality.
- Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, compensation changes, internal mobility, and compliance-related processes.
- Ensure HR systems, policies, and people processes are executed accurately and efficiently to support a growing organization.
- Partner with managers to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall employee experience.
- Support the implementation of people programs and initiatives that strengthen culture, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
- Contribute to strategic HR projects focused on organizational growth, process optimization, automation, and scalability.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Human Resources, or a similar role.
- Experience managing recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improvements.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work.
- Intellectual curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset, with the confidence to challenge the status quo and propose new ideas.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
