8+ years of work experience in ad monetization or related field. Work experience at a mobile ad network or gaming publisher company. Should have experience with data tools and making reports to the clients Excellent communication skills and team management skills Excellent leadership skills who can drive the team and take care of reports Analytical thinking and problem solver Should be able to handle a small team size of 6 Knowledge on Ad Dashboards and reports and data pulling Familiarity with ad networks/DSPs/SSPs and Direct Sales campaign management. Results oriented and proactive personality with ability to lead ad revenue initiatives. Must be organized and detail oriented with great attention to accuracy. Excellent written communication and verbal agility are necessary for cross-team collaboration. Flexible to work in the night shifts
