About InduPro
InduPro develops life-changing therapies using a proprietary cell-surface labeling platform that leverages spatial proximity within microenvironments to enable the discovery of novel multispecific biologics. This approach has generated a growing pipeline of candidates advancing into clinical development across oncology and autoimmune diseases. InduPro fosters a culture of innovation at every level.

We are seeking a highly motivated contract Research Associate (1, 2 or Sr.) to support mammalian cell culture, plasmid DNA production, and transient transfection efforts. This is a bench-focused role, ideal for someone who can independently execute routine and complex cell culture workflows in a fast-paced R&D environment.  You will work closely with cross-disciplinary teams in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

  • Maintain and expand mammalian cell cultures (e.g., HEK293, CHO) including routine passaging, cryopreservation, and cell banking
  • Perform transient transfections for recombinant protein expression and cell-based assays
  • Prepare high-quality, endotoxin-free plasmid DNA (mini-, midi-, and maxipreps) from bacterial cultures for transfection
  • Monitor cell health, viability, and growth kinetics
  • Perform routine cell-based assays (e.g., viability assays, titer estimation, expression screening)
  • Maintain accurate and detailed experimental records in electronic lab notebooks
  • Support inventory management of cell culture reagents and maintain aseptic technique and biosafety compliance
  • Contribute to SOP development and workflow optimization as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture
  • Demonstrated experience with transient transfection workflows
  • Experience preparing transfection-grade plasmid DNA
  • Strong aseptic technique and understanding of cell culture best practices
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills
    • Prolonged periods standing, reaching and bending while working in the lab
    • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
This position does not generally require travel.

Physical presence at the InduPro worksite, or in the field, is required for this role. At InduPro we believe that physical presence helps enhance collaboration, innovation, productivity, employee well-being, employee engagement, and Company culture.
