Training and Certification Associate

In this role, you will support training and certification processes related to NDT equipment while developing your technical skills through hands‑on experience and teamwork.

• Assist in the education and training of personnel in NDT methods under the guidance of experienced colleagues.
• Support certification activities for NDT instruments and equipment.
• Help maintain records, documentation, and training materials.
• Assist with qualification activities for NDT procedures and equipment.
• Provide basic technical support related to NDT methods and equipment.
• Participate in field testing activities conducted at nuclear power plants.
• Support project activities by executing assigned tasks in line with instructions and deadlines.
• Adhere to internal work procedures and quality requirements.
• Report progress and challenges to the head of the department as needed. 

• Minimum Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering.
• Basic understanding of non-destructive testing (NDT) methods or a strong interest in this field.
• Basic knowledge of certification, calibration, or quality‑related processes is an advantage.
• Introductory or Level I NDT certification in any method is an advantage.
• Participation in training, laboratory, or field activities during studies or previous work experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn about relevant standards, codes, and procedures (e.g. ASME, EN, ISO).
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Ability to follow instructions, organize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Motivation to learn, develop technical skills, and grow within the role.
• Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
