Acquisition Associate - 19773

Analyze title commitments, deeds, probate records, tax documents, and court filings

Review heirship reports and family trees prepared by the research team

Collaborate with internal researchers to identify heirs and ownership interests

Utilize title, genealogy, and skip-tracing tools to verify ownership claims

Develop acquisition strategies for partial or full property ownership

Communicate with heirs, attorneys, trustees, and other stakeholders

Educate parties on ownership rights and available options

Negotiate purchase agreements across multiple stakeholders

Manage complex, long-term transactions with multiple parties involved

Coordinate with title companies, legal teams, and internal coordinators

Maintain detailed CRM documentation and deal tracking

Consistently follow up over extended timelines while building trust

2–5 years of relevant experience (real estate, legal research, investigations, or similar)

Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple long-term projects

Comfortable handling sensitive family dynamics and complex conversations

Persistent, patient, and detail-oriented
