Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role You will support the Email Marketing team with the execution, optimization, and reporting of email campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across target audiences. This role offers hands-on experience in campaign execution, audience segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking and reporting. * Campaign Setup and Execution: Assist in building and scheduling email campaigns; Support campaign setup, including links, CTAs, and landing page alignment; Draft and edit email copy aligned with campaign objectives * Audience and Data Management: Support audience segmentation and data management * Lifecycle Journeys: Assist in multi-step email journeys like nurture and webinar programs * Measurement and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance; Prepare performance reports * Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure quality and compliance with branding and marketing standards * Continuous Learning: Gain hands-on experience in email campaign execution and performance tracking; Gain exposure to marketing analytics and reporting, and an understanding of customer journey and segmentation Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed You are highly organized, with a strong analytical mindset and a fast learner. Personally, you are a great communicator and have a proactive can-do attitude. * Education: Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field * Tools: Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel, PowerPoint); Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Eloqua) is a plus * Knowledge: Basic understanding of digital marketing principles * Language Skills: Fluency in English * A Plus for Us: Basic data analysis skills; Interest in B2B or technical marketing Please apply with your CV in English so we can get to know you better.
