Assist in the design of power circuits including DC/DC digital controllers, MCUs, power semiconductors, and analog/digital interfaces Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Circuit Design & Development: Assist in the design of power circuits including DC/DC digital controllers, MCUs, power semiconductors, and analog/digital interfaces.  Research & Innovation: Conduct technical research on Intermediate Bus Converter (IBC) topologies tailored for AI and Data Center energy efficiency. Testing & Verification: Perform board-level testing, fault isolation, and troubleshooting; compile technical reports on results and improvements.  PCB Layout: Support the design of multi-layer PCBs using industry-standard EDA tools. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Education:  Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.  Technical Knowledge:  Solid understanding of SMPS topologies (e.g., LLC, Interleaved Buck, Half/Full-Bridge, HSCC etc.).  Familiarity with digital control interfaces: I2C, PWM, ADC, and peripheral configurations for digital control ICs.  Basic proficiency in C programming (for firmware/debugging).  Tools & Software:  Proficiency with PCB design tools such as Altium Designer or Cadence.  Experience with simulation tools such as PLECS, MATLAB/Simulink, or Simetrix/Simplis (SPICE simulation).  Hands-on experience with common test equipment (oscilloscopes, digital power supplies, multimeters).  Skills:  Strong English reading and writing skills for technical documentation.  Ability to work in a hybrid environment (available on-site in Xi’an for 3 days/week, or 1 week on-site/1 week remote). #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
