Your role Key responsibilities in your new role In this role, you will oversee Front-of-Line (FOL) equipment maintenance strategies and execution , e nsuring equipment safety, reliability, availability, and quality performance through effective preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives . You will lead maintenance operations, troubleshoot recurring equipment issues, drive downtime reduction efforts, ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards, and maintain high operational efficiency through systematic maintenance management and 5S practices . Schedule planned maintenance definition comprehensively to ensure all FOL equipment safe to operate with high availability, good reliability & appropriate quality performance Responsible for FOL execution of equipment scheduled maintenance timely Investigate and implement counter-measures to prevent repetitive breakdowns to improve unscheduled downtime Responsible overall FOL equipment maintenance systematic, activities and personnel in order to achieve best equipment efficiency and maintenance cost Conduct weekly 5S audit on responsible equipment and Maintenance rooms (Maintenance Bay & Kit Room) Responsible for FOL Safety, Health and Environment activities, including OSHAS 18000 and EMS ISO14000 Audits Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed You strive to leverage your expertise in equipment maintenance, reliability improvement, and continuous improvement methodologies to maximize equipment uptime, operational efficiency, and maintenance cost effectiveness within a manufacturing environment. You are skilled in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, maintenance planning, resource management, and leading cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance with safety, health, environmental, and regulatory standards. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering , or a related technical discipline Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, or advanced manufacturing environments , with hands-on knowledge of FOL equipment preferred Strong background in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance management Experience leading maintenance teams and developing technical tal ent Demonstrated success in improving equipment uptime, reliability, OEE, and maintenance cost efficiency Solid troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills with the ability to implement sustainable corrective actions Experience managing maintenance systems, maintenance planning, spare parts, and resource allocation Knowledge of TPM methodology, lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement practices Familiarity with Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) requirements and regulatory compliance standards Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
