Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
As a Senior Staff Product Engineer you will work in a global R&D team and build the bridge to several internal and external counterparts during the overall lifetime of our power IC products.
* Work closely with various global product-development and product-sustaining teams
* Collaborate with FE and BE Test Engineering to support sufficient test coverage for new product ramps
* Provide technical product support during development and mass production phases including customer returns
* Work with quality management to define reliability testing, monitor qualification data, and drive failure analysis
* Be the focal point for statistical analysis of production test data and keep the overview of all characterization data
* Work in an international organization-structure, with regular support and reporting to worldwide located teams
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
You have excellent communication skills, are able to see the big picture as well as the details and can quickly establish successful cooperation with worldwide distributed teams from different technical areas. You are curious and willing to learn about new technical fields.
* University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Production Technology or comparable
* 5+ years of experience in the electronics/semiconductor industry
* Profound data analysis skills including statistics, analysis tools, and scripting
* Background in power electronics preferred
* Experience with Semiconductor Test-Equipment (hard- and software) is a plus
* Strong communication skills and maintain a clear overview in critical project situations
* Fluency in English (mandatory)
