Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Steer actively key management processes and enable stakeholders to ensure timely delivery in scope and quality * Support regional segment teams to develop an effective strategy, set and manage targets along key performance indicators (KPIs) * Design, plan, and execute a holistic stakeholder communication, change measures, and workshops, ensuring consistent messaging across channels and audiences * Enable users on end-to-end processes through structured training, documentation, and hands on guidance * Facilitate decision making at various leadership levels amongst others by creating management presentations with a clear, concise, and compelling storyline * Prepare data-driven insights and recommendations, supporting informed decision-making by business leaders Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * A degree in Business Administration, Change & Communication, Marketing or a related field * At least 3 years of experience in business development, or project /process management * Great presentation and story lining skills especially with PowerPoint for management decision making support * Great communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyse and develop insights & solutions * Experience with communication and documentation tools (such as Confluence, SharePoint) and with data analytics tools (such as Tableau or Power BI) * Excellent English skills, written and verbal (German is a plus) Please send us your CV in English Contact: Diogo Venâncio, LinkedIn #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
