Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, communication with candidates, offer letter preparation, data maintenance in SAP, and organizing onboarding programs. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, communication with candidates, offer letter preparation, data maintenance in SAP, and organizing onboarding programs. * Liaise with internal departments and external parties such as recruitment agencies, banks, and EPF to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery while handling employee inquiries professionally and maintaining data privacy. * Support HR projects and perform additional duties within the HR Service Centre according to business needs. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field, preferably in Human Resources or Business-related studies. * 0–1.5 years of relevant working experience. * For candidates with a Diploma, a minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience is required. * Proficient in computer systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and HR systems such as SAP, GMDS, Umantis, and EightFold. * Strong knowledge of customer service and public relations methods, with the ability to communicate effectively and inform the Manager of potential issues. * Good problem-solving and organizational skills, fast learner with the ability to acquire new skills quickly. * Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage for this role.
