Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Responsible as Deviation Management Team lead, perform Lot on hold risk assessment / disposition and continuous improvement to prevent reoccurrence. Accountable for on time Lot on Hold disposition and reduction covering across processes. Responsible to execute fast disposition of known and non-critical defects with assistant engineering team.  Responsible to alert and engage unit process experts on critical defects and provide mapping for 8D completion.  Actively monitoring on daily deviation lots and perform containment actions. Drive continuous improvement project to improve from defect re-occurrence. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Masters / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology). Minimum 3+ years working experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing industry.  Relevant hands-on experience in Assembly Process Engineering, preferably in Die Bond and / or Wire Bond processes.
