Staff Engineer Technical Marketing

Perform MOSFET product-to-system validation, planning, hardware design, execution, interpretation and technology fit assessment. Act as Technical Customer Interface on product level. Support MOSFET Go to Market activities to drive design-wins including customer on-site visits. Create technical product collateral, such as application notes, whitepapers, and training materials. Translate customer and validation insights into requirements and guidance for development projects and support their execution. Provide technical product training to internal and external partners. A Master's or PhD Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related field. Gathered first professional experience within power electronics or semiconductor industry. Experienced with high-frequency, high-current DC/DC & AC/DC converter designs for SMPS / Telecom / Datacenter applications including lab skills for testing and debugging. A background in circuit design, layout and proficiency using simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB, etc.) would be preferred. Hands-on experience and ability to work with hardware and lab equipment like: Power Supplies, Multimeters, Oscilloscopes and Thermal cameras. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment. Fluent in English. Good communication skills in both verbal and written. We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
