As an Invoicing Team Lead – EMEA, you will lead a high-performing invoicing function responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and efficient invoicing operations across the region. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, improving automation adoption, and enhancing the overall stakeholder and customer experience. Working closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Operations, Customer Success, Legal, and Revenue Operations, you will help optimize invoicing processes and support scalable business growth.   Lead, mentor, and develop a team of invoicing professionals across the EMEA region

  Drive operational excellence across the end-to-end invoicing lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate invoice generation

  Monitor and improve key operational KPIs including Time-to-Invoice, invoice accuracy, automation rate, and customer satisfaction metrics

  Identify process bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvement and automation initiatives

  Partner with technology and transformation teams to deliver workflow automation and operational efficiency projects

  Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Legal, and external customers to resolve invoicing challenges

  Present operational performance updates, risks, and improvement opportunities to senior leadership

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

• 7+ years of experience in invoicing, billing, order-to-cash, revenue operations, or shared services environments

• 3+ years of leadership experience managing and developing operational teams – it’s a must

• Strong understanding of invoicing processes, billing operations, financial controls, and compliance requirements

• Demonstrated experience driving process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational optimization

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate operational data into actionable insights

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and presentation skills

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

• Experience working in a high-volume, technology-enabled invoicing environment

• Experience with workflow automation, AI-driven operations, and process optimization tools
