As a Regional Partnerships Enablement Specialist, you will act as the primary interface between our product teams and our partner ecosystem across the region. Your mission is to keep strategic partners continuously enabled, informed, and engaged with Infobip’s latest solutions and capabilities. You will focus on translating product developments into compelling business use cases, driving mutual growth opportunities, and building scalable strategies for long-term partner success.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Act as the strategic liaison for key partners on product innovation and solution development
- →Lead regular partner briefings and enablement sessions focused on the business value of new products and features
- →Ensure partners are equipped to position and deliver value using Infobip’s evolving platform
- →Identify and co-create high-impact use cases aligned with partner business objectives
- →Document and share successful use cases and partner success stories to drive broader adoption
- →Bridge the gap between global innovation and regional partners by sharing relevant projects and integrations
- →Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Partner Solution Engineering, and Partner teams to ensure clear communication of roadmaps and new releases
- →Translate technical updates into partner-relevant narratives and actionable business insights
- →Lead outreach initiatives to introduce new products and capabilities to strategic partners
- →Identify early-stage co-innovation opportunities aligned with roadmap priorities
- Experience working with strategic partners, channel ecosystems, or enablement functions
- Strong understanding of translating product capabilities into business-relevant use cases
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to simplify technical concepts for business audiences
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Partner teams
- Strong relationship-building skills with a proactive and strategic mindset
- Comfortable leading outreach initiatives and driving engagement at scale
- Fluent English, spoken and written
