Responsibilities

Schedule and manage training sessions across the LMS, coordinating calendars, capacity, and resourcing
→
Build and maintain learning content, pathways, and curricula, with accurate metadata and version control
→
Generate LMS reporting on scheduling, completions, utilization, and compliance
→
Design and manage ticket-based workflows where a single learning event generates multiple SLA-tracked transactions
→
Manage user access provisioning, certificate generation and tracking, and first-line platform troubleshooting
→
Take ownership of integration maintenance and workflow management following handover

5–6 years' experience as a dedicated, career LMS administrator on an enterprise platform (PeopleFluent, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone/CSOD, or similar). PeopleFluent experience is ideal, though not required.
Proven experience designing and managing ticket-based workflows with transaction- and event-level SLAs
Strong LMS configuration, user management, and troubleshooting skills
Experience with LMS integrations and workflow automation
Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to work directly with client stakeholders
Attention to detail and process discipline across provisioning, certification, and reporting
