In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

⦁ Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
⦁ Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and stakeholders while building and maintaining relationships with mid-level and senior client representatives
⦁ Evaluate project deliverables and drive initiatives to adopt new methodologies and tools that enhance project execution and outcomes
⦁ Identify and mitigate risks proactively while working with quality assurance teams to embed quality planning into project workflows and deliverables
⦁ Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
⦁ Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
⦁ Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective

• Experience of at least 2 projects implementation with adaptive insights finance planning.
• Experience in Workday - financial management.
• Experience in Workday technical.
• Techno-functional skillset on adaptive insights required and functional background must be in the finance domain.
• Should be able to leverage prior EPM, CPM, and/or ERP implementation and integrations experience to better client on multi-application solutions and technology landscape.
• Experience with adaptive tool components (attributes, dimensions etc.). • Good analytical and communication skills.
• Should be able to build strong business partner interactions with client stakeholders.
• Provide hands - on leadership, coaching, mentoring to other members and experience or desire to work in global delivery model. • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
