Currently we are looking for a candidate for the position of:
AR Process Coordinator with German
Location: Lodz - hybrid or remote

Responsibilities:
Ownership of BPO owned processes
Main point of contact for local business unit
Coordination and ensuring smooth cross team collaboration
Monitoring and supporting cash application
Monitoring investigating and clearing OTC GLs
Providing/searching missing information
Credit management (processing refunds, rebates, other credits)
Orders analysis, differences clarification and clearing

Requirements:
English and German B2 – essential for client communication purposes
Good understanding of the OTC processes (cash application, customer account analysis, GL clearing, order management)
About 2 years of experience in F&A/OTC area
Good understanding of accounting rules
Experience in performing month/year end activities
Working knowledge of SAP
Very good communication skills, problem solving attitude and teamwork skills
Independence and resourcefulness
