Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:
Finance Center of Excellence Process Lead and Domain Trainer with English
Location: Lodz - hybrid

Responsibilities:
Drive innovation and contribute domain expertise to enhance service delivery
and client value
Partner with client engagements to deliver best-in-class F&A services, including
consultancy and targeted interventions
Support European F&A operations from a functional and practice (horizontal)
perspective
Manage and continuously improve the Domain Training Program, ensuring
alignment with business needs
Design, develop, and deliver high-quality F&A training programs (general,
domain -PTP/OTC/RTR, and process-specific)
Prepare and continuously update training materials to reflect process changes,
best practices, and client requirements
Conduct training sessions and facilitate knowledge transfer to ensure effective
learning outcomes
Ensure adequate knowledge levels and capability development across program
participants
Support engagements in the development and delivery of PPM (Project/Process
Management) artefacts
F&A process improvements recommendations (including deep process analysis, maturity assessment and digital aspects)

Requirements:
Approximately 4-6 years of experience in Finance & Accounting (F&A) domain
Strong process expertise in the F&A domain - with a particular focus and deep expertise in OTC and RR process.
Fluent English (minimum C1 level)
Degree in Finance & Accounting or related field; additional certifications or courses are an asset
Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated focus on process improvement and continuous optimization
Strong motivation to share knowledge and support the development of others
Ability to effectively balance training responsibilities with standard FCOE and delivery support activities
Proactive mindset with a “can-do” attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
Training background is considered an asset
