FS/ Technical PM Anti-Fraud – Sr Consultant, R&C

Title: Technical Project Manager Anti-Fraud| Hybrid | Irving, TX or Jacksonville, FL
 
Role Details
We are seeking a full-time Senior Consultant to serve as a key partner between business and technology teams. The successful candidate will bring expertise in one or more anti-fraud areas—Identity and Verification (ID&V), fraud detection, investigations, or case management—within credit cards, commercial payments, or wealth management. The candidate will lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives, software platforms, and AI-driven solutions designed to detect, prevent, and mitigate financial fraud.  The candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to drive change in regard to creating cleaner communication between technology and business partners. 
Must-Have Qualifications

• 8–12 years of financial services experience in credit cards, commercial payments, or wealth management
• Experience delivering technology solutions for anti-fraud programs
• Extensive experience with JIRA and program tracking methodologies
• Project or program management experience, ideally within application support, software development, or large-scale financial technology
• Strong communication skills with the ability to understand technical concepts and discuss/guide discussions with technical and non-technical partners
• Professional credentials such as PMP or CSM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the Book of Work, aligning engineering outputs with risk and business goals, and managing cross-functional delivery across ecosystems.
• Plan, execute, and deliver major technology development initiatives and multi-project fraud programs concurrently.
• Partner across multiple scrum teams, internal business domains, operations, and external technology vendors or providers to remove blocking issues and anticipate bottlenecks
• Oversee JIRA quality (in partnership with Product Owners on tech side as well as business), ensure proper dates/JIRA hygiene is being followed.
• Define scope, set clear objectives, and develop granular project plans covering timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Utilize technical judgment to understand system accountabilities, boundaries, and design approaches, collaborating with engineers to propose simplified solutions and make smart trade-offs
• Identify, assess, and track project risks or system performance bottlenecks at multiple organizational levels using quantitative metric
• Drive the adoption of modern tracking and emerging AI automation tools to convert user stories into test cases or streamline requirements gathering
• Act as a primary liaison between technical teams and senior/executive leadership, articulating progress against goals, scorecards, and metrics
• Travel as needed based on project requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree
Working Model: The candidate is expected to work from an Infosys or client office three days per week.
