Role Context

Managing and processing mutual fund financial data

Researching and updating data using internal systems

Building and maintaining client and contributor relationships

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding funds into the client portal

Extract reference data from documents (e.g., annual reports, prospectuses)

Verify and update mutual fund corporate actions (e.g., dividends, mergers, liquidations)

Participate in time-sensitive global projects and initiatives

Take ownership and actively manage key areas of responsibility

 Essential

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent work experience

Fluency in English & French Language

Speed and accuracy in data processing with high attention to detail

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

Demonstrable research and analytical skills

Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks

Take ownership and actively manage key areas of responsibility

Excellent written communication and presentation skills

While previous professional experience is not required, all candidates must meet the specified educational criteria and demonstrate the core skills outlined for this role

Desirable

Advanced Excel skills (VBA and Macros are a plus)

Background in equity markets space
