Roles and Responsibilities:
In the role of a Principal Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment.  You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables.  As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building.  You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. 

Technical Requirements
Required Skills & Experience

•    Experience in SAP Finance/Controlling experience with a minimum of 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations, preferably in the life sciences sector.
•    Workshop Leadership: Lead design workshops for SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling (FI, CO, Universal Journal, Asset Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis).
•    Business Mapping: Map life sciences business processes into SAP while ensuring strict alignment with GxP and SOX compliance needs.
•    Core S/4HANA Expertise: Deep expertise in Universal Journal (ACDOCA), New GL, Asset Accounting, Material Ledger & Actual Costing, Transfer Pricing (multiple valuation), Margin Analysis (CO-PA), Intercompany processes, Tax & Statutory (multi-GAAP), Foreign currency, and parallel ledgers/valuation.
•    Core Configuration: Configure and deploy core S/4HANA Finance functionalities including General Ledger (New GL), Accounts Payable & Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting & Cash Management, Product Costing (Std/Actual), Profit Center & Cost Center Accounting, and Margin Analysis / CO-PA (S/4HANA).
Reporting: Support Group Reporting and IFRS reporting structures

SAP FSCM Specializations
•    SAP FSCM Credit Management: Design, configure, and implement advanced SAP FSCM Credit Management, including credit scoring engines, risk classification, automatic credit limit calculations, and integration with external credit rating agencies. Define and deploy credit check rules across sales and distribution (SD) processes, master data synchronization (Business Partners), and automated workflow approvals for credit limit overrides.
•    SAP FSCM Dispute Management: Configure end-to-end Dispute Management processes, including the definition of dispute case types, status profiles, attribute mapping, and automated case creation from Accounts Receivable (FI-AR) clearing activities. Establish integration between dispute cases and standard financial processes (such as short payments, residual items, and credit memos) with rule-based workflow routing to coordinators.

•    SAP FSCM Biller Direct & Invoice Management: Deploy SAP Biller Direct (or equivalent digital invoice presentment solutions) to enable customer self-service for online invoice viewing, payment processing, and decentralized dispute logging. Streamline complex Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) sub-processes, ensuring seamless integration between automated billing, electronic bank statement (EBS) processing, lockbox systems, and automated clearing rules.

Preferred Qualifications
•    SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting Certification.
•    SAP S/4HANA Management Accounting Certification.
•    Advanced knowledge in FSCM and other peripheral Finance modules.
